Version Control

Conventionally all Codes Developed for respective application are stored in version control tools ensuring Version Control.

Change Request Management

Any change request initiated by the Customer is clearly documented and logged into the system ensure proper tracking and successful implementation of the change. As change requests come in, it is the PM responsibility to evaluate the scope of additional work and its impact on the overall project schedule. Any schedule impacts are immediately reported to client.

Publishing

On the final approval from the PM the application with its related code units and other database objects are built for publishing. This process is strictly adhered to ensure the stability and sanctity of the build as well as the environments.
