A Project Manager (PM) would be assigned for each project to work closely with the clients in determining the business requirements. Having gathered the preliminary information along with the business process a draft Software Requirement Specification (SRS) is prepared. The SRS aligns your business requirement and recommended technical solution. The SRS along with a project schedule is presented for client perusal.

Core Team Organization

The Project Manager identifies the Core Team with the appropriate skill sets that are required to execute and deliver the project successfully on time. The Process of identifying the core team is done in parallel to the development of SRS.

Technical Architecture and User Interface Design Presentation

On approval of the SRS detailed Application Architecture is designed for clients review and approval. Simultaneously the PM conducts meetings with the design team for creating the User Interface (UI) for both pilot and final development.

The PM jointly reviews and discusses and changes that you may require in Architectural or User Interface Level ensuring smooth relationship.
