The Test Lead (TL) executes all relevant test cases and records the bugs in the bug-tracking tool for remediation. All active bugs are addressed and closed following a new Build to be rolled out onto the Staging Server. The test process is repeated once again ensuring robustness in application.
Staging
On completing the coding task, the Project Manager (PM) releases the application to the System Administrator whose responsibility is to move the application from the Development Server to the Staging Server where performance tuning and testing are carried out.
On customer approval, the Team will enhance to Phase IV.
